Linux computer manufacturer System76 announced 2 new laptops today.
14.1” Galago UltraPro
The first new laptop is the 14.1” Galago UltraPro. It features the 4th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-4750HQ Quad-core Processor, a sharp 1080p Full High Definition IPS LED Backlit Display, Intel Iris Pro Graphics with 128 MB eDRAM, up to 1.256 TB of storage, and up to 16 GB dual channel 1600 MHz memory. All this is packaged in an thin 0.75” package. Nothing is compromised for ultra portability.

15.6″ Gazelle Professional
In addition to the Galago UltraPro, System76 also announced the 9th Generation of their popular Gazelle Professional laptop. The newest iteration features a 15.6″ 1080p Full High Definition LED Backlit Display, with matt finish option; and also includes the latest 4th Generation Intel Core i7-4750HQ Quad Core Processor. The Gazelle supports up to 16 GB Dual Channel DDR3 SDRAM at 1600MHz and up to 1TB of storage. It has the addition of mSATA as a new storage option. This professional grade laptop is toted for having increased battery life.
