DROIDX360: Playstation Vita-like Android Gaming Device

  • If you are into old school gaming, have I got the treat for you. Check out the the DROIDX360.  It is an Android powered device that looks very similar to the Playstation Vita.  It features a 5-inch display (800 x 480 resolution), a 1.5GHz processor, 512MB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage and a 2mp camera.  Its controls include two analog sticks, a D-pad, 4 front buttons and two shoulder buttons.  It comes preloaded with 9 video game emulators to run NES, SNES, Nintendo 64, Sega Genesis and Sega Game Gear, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, and PlayStation games.

I found a place online that sells it.  You can get it from wholesaleoneprice.com for $139 here.  That’s a great price considering the other option…buying a Sony Xperia Play off contract.

Looks cool to me.  What do you think?
