Change Desktop Background In Gnome 3 (Gnome Shell) ~ Ubuntu 11.04

  • With Gnome Shell, right clicking the desktop to change the background is disabled.

    Go to the user menu at the top right of the screen and select System Settings.

    Go to background.

    Select a background from the side panel.

    Or choose your own image by clicking the plus sign at the bottom on the window.
